The health and safety of our members, employees, and community is our top priority. Due to recent developments with the coronavirus (COVID-19), OUR LOBBY WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. There are many alternative options for members to pay their electric bill. Our drive-thru will remain open during normal business hours and our drop box is available 24 hours a day. Members are encouraged to call in during normal business hours to pay their electric bill (740-622-6755 or 800-624-8050), mail payments to P.O. Box 280, Coshocton, OH 43812, or log into SmartHub. The Frontier Power Company will continue to provide safe, reliable electric service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
For the present time, we will not disconnect a member's service for nonpayment because of hardships caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19). Your meter will continue to be read and bills will continue to be sent out. we encourage our members to pay what they can to avoid building a large balance that may be difficult to pay later. We will continue to monitor the situation and make a decision on when it's appropriate to return to our normal practices.

The Frontier Power Company is a Non-Profit Electric Cooperative owned by its members serving the rural areas of Coshocton, Southern Tuscarawas, and surrounding counties in Ohio. With the help of Ohio Rural Electric Cooperatives, Buckeye Power, and Touchstone Energy, Frontier Power is able to bring products, benefits, and services to its memebers to better serve them. Frontier Power is governed by a member-elected board of directors who meet the fourth Thursday of every month.
